Spotlight, A Client’s Perspective

We’re always interested in responses to our newsletter, so I asked
a former client, Pat Maluso of Western Hydrostatics, what he thought
of Clean Source.
“It’s good but ….. you don’t really explain what it’s
like to work with you as a consultant,” he replied.
With a bit of trepidation, I said: “Ok, so, what was it like to work
with me?”
Here is his response.
“
Barbara Kanegsberg gave me the best solution I’ve seen for anyone in
my industry. It was a cheap price to pay for the benefits received.
“ It went well working with BFK Solutions consultants. We needed to change
from solvent-based to water-based cleaning processes in our hydraulic repair
and service
facility. Working with Barbara allowed me to focus on the entire manufacturing
process from a systematic standpoint.
“ She came up with specific recommendations; and then she worked with equipment
and chemical vendors and manufacturers to do the testing. She helped with
the testing. Barbara is not afraid to get her hands dirty. We worked side by
side
to do the testing.
“
She didn’t always tell me what I wanted to hear; but she did tell me
what I needed to hear. At the same time, she was very receptive to my ideas
and possible
solutions; and she included them in the evaluation process.
“
She gave me more time than she charged me for. I did not feel like I was talking
to an attorney ‘on the clock.’
“
Now that the project is complete, she has always been available to answer my ‘quick
questions’ at no charge. She doesn’t just dump her clients down
the road; she becomes part of the family. We would certainly use her again
on any
future projects.”
