About BFK Solutions LLC
Who
we are
BFK Solution LLC was established in 1994. Our independent consultants provide
solutions to problems in parts cleaning, critical cleaning, surface quality,
and contamination control.
Ed Kanegsberg and Barbara Kanegsberg bring decades of perspective and
experience, along with knowledge of the latest-and-greatest in critical
cleaning options.
We have extensive contacts within the manufacturing and critical cleaning
communities.
How BFK Solutions LLC helps your business
When you work with BFK Solutions, we deal with your critical cleaning
and surface quality problems rapidly and effectively. You get an independent
review of
your best choices. This gives you the time and freedom to do what you
do best - build your product and build your business.
Commissions, referral fees?
We don’t accept them. As independent consultants, we provide solutions
and options, not products. BFK Solutions LLC does not sell cleaning
agents or cleaning equipment. Our projects are not contingent on sales
of a cleaning
product.
Independent assessment, not an agenda
When we consult with you, we look at your product, your facility,
your requirements. As independent consultants, we do not have
an agenda;
and we do not restrict
your choices to a few products. We consider all options, including
aqueous, solvent, advanced processes, and outsourcing.
We put your choices in perspective so you can achieve
reliable
cost-effective
robust
processes that meet or exceed performance requirements and regulatory
requirements.
Project
Each company, each application is unique; and we work with
family owned businesses as well as multi-national corporations
in applications
ranging
from biomedical
devices to seismic protection bearings. Each project is
custom-designed, but here are a few typical activities.
Define cleaning process goals
Troubleshoot, brainstorm
Evaluate cleaning agents and cleaning equipment
Identify and resolve contamination control issues
Get the manufacturing process up and running
Educate everyone involved in the manufacturing process
Overcome regulatory hurdles
Then, we follow-up to make sure things are running smoothly.
